It’s already that time of the year again! Valentine’s Day is next Friday! It just sneaks up on you when you aren’t paying attention – seems like New Year’s Eve was just last week. This year, more people may be going all out for the special night because it’s on a Friday. This is where I come in, to at least try to help out with some ideas. I have done some searching of the interwebs and found some things going on that day. Hopefully this help, and if I missed anything – you know the drill – just let me know so I can get it added!
Make a date with that special someone and come out to the Red Rock Bar & Grill in Rowena for a little roadhouse romance. Music is for Lovers. Don McKenna Eclectic Americana will be performing from 8 pm to 11 pm. More information will be provided soon – so be sure to check out their event for updates.
Taylor Scott Band will have an in-store Appearance at Crosstown Vinyl. So if you are looking for an intimate setting after dinner, stop by between 7 pm and 10 pm!
Valentine’s Day Live Music with Green & Snow at the R Wine Bar! Join us on Valentine’s Day for a special menu that starts at 5 pm (click here for their 3 course meal) and live music with Green & Snow. These guys harmonize so well, and their specialty is love songs! Starts at 6 pm

El Riad Shrine will be having their Sweethearts Big Band Dance. Bring your Sweatheart and dance your way into their heart! The El Riad Shrine Dance Club and the Ballroom Dance Club holds a big band dance with a live band on the finest dance floor in the region. The music on February 14 will be provided by the Apostle’s, who will play a variety of danceable music. A waltz dance lesson will start at 6:45 & the band will start at 7:30. Want to take your date out to have some fun playing pinball?? Well The Bonus Round Bar will have their 5th Annual Valentine’s Day Tournament. This tournament is in a “couples” format, two players per team, each playing one flipper at a time, while holding hands with their off hands! Stop in for a great time competing for cash and prizes! If you attended our New Year’s Eve Champagne event, then you’ll LOVE what Wine Time on Main will have in store for Valentine’s Day! We’ll have two flight options available ranging from $30 – $49/person.
