Useless Eyes

Useless Eyes is a local hardcore punk band based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Known for their heavy, aggressive musical style featuring relentless double-kick drumming and thick, crushing guitar work, they have quickly integrated themselves into the local DIY punk and alternative music scene.

The group officially emerged on the regional live circuit in mid-2024, playing their highly anticipated first live set at Club David in December of 2024. They are notable for sharing their drummer, Alex Huwer, with fellow Sioux Falls heavy hitters DECAYSTATE. Useless Eyes consistently aligns themselves with the ethical standards of the underground hardcore community, promoting an inclusive environment at their gigs with a strict “no hate, show up or shut up” ethos. Their music is available digitally for local listeners via platforms like Apple Music.
